BASCS Students Held a Bake Sale for Haiti Victims In response to the recent earthquake in Haiti, BASCS staff and students held two dress-down days and a bake sale to raise money for the people of Haiti. A total of $1,000.20 was given to Helping Hands Relief, an organization that provides disaster relief to countries suffering from devastation. Many faculty members provided baked goods for the bake sale and the students paid $2.00 for each day that they dressed in non-uniform attire. BASCS students and staff are to be commended for their concern for the people of Haiti!
